Registration Section

The affairs of the Registration Section
The main purposes of the Registration Section is to oversee students' enrollment status and to issue transcripts.

Our major responsibilities are as follows:
•To oversee both current and graduated students' enrollment status
•To issue transcripts in both Chinese and English for one semester only or for all semesters
•To make and reissue student IDs
•To deal with suspensions, re-enrollments and withdrawals from school
•To issue and provide the graduation certificate in both Chinese and English
•To reissue graduation certificates
•To deal with transfers to a different department
•To deal with credit waivers and transfers
•To issue and provide class ranking certificates
•To issue and provide the listing of placement for different departments
•To update the name, ID number and address of the students
•To take care of the school records of alumni
•To make a list of students who excel in school work or conduct within different departments
•To issue and provide the certificate of non-graduate attendees
•To reissue the certificate of non-graduate attendees
•To recruit students

The affairs of the Curriculum Section
The main purpose of the Curriculum Section is to help students choose courses that are best suited for them.

Our major responsibilities are as follows:
•To arrange and design the curriculum
•To assign classrooms and arrange testing locations
•To evaluate the teaching quality of all lecturers
•To arrange extra help classes by individual or by team
•To check the addition and withdrawal of courses by the students
•To arrange summer programs
•To participate in the recruitment of the different school divisions
•To plan and carry out other related courses

The main purpose of the Language Center is to arrange English/Mandarin activities in order to help students improve their abilities and enhance their interests in the chosen language.

Our major responsibilities are as follows:
•To arrange student activities
•To arrange seminars for lecturers
•To organize a coffee shop to provide a more relaxed environment for the students to practice conversations
•To provide extra teaching material for students who need additional help
•To arrange English proficiency tests each semester
•To arrange summer camp
•To arrange English class schedules for students

In order to assist the growth of the professional competence of teachers to enhance the quality and effectiveness of student learning,the establishment of the China University of Science and Technology Teaching Resource Center.The Center Director of the Center for the overall management of the center of business.
The center set up two groups, respectively, for the growth and development group of teachers and students learning resource group, each group set leader, officer handle the business of the group.
1.Growth and development group of teachers: Planning for teachers' professional development courses to promote the professional development of other teachers teaching teachers Teaching Excellence business. Award and implementation of the teaching professional competence assessment system and eliminating the liter mechanisms, guidance teachers to enhance teaching quality and related businesses to promote.
2.Student learning resource group: Student learning resources,planning and implementation of learning counseling and remedial teaching program.Digital teaching the skills collection and research and development to enhance teachers'use of various digital teaching knowledge.

Goal of Education
